Back with me with new entry, new topic! Today I’m gonna explain/talk about one of my topic that I have learned in class through subject COM322 which is the topic is “Writing Business Proposal”. What do you know about writing a proposal and it is for business purpose? I know it’s not that easy but if you use a correct content/way it will be a perfect proposal. For writing a business proposal, you need to include a lot of things and I will share all of it in details.

Start with a title page with convey some fundamental information here like the name of your company, the date you submitted your proposal and etc. Your title page should strike a balance between engagement and professionalism. It sets the tone, so make sure yours is streamlined, aesthetically pleasing and not too “out there”. Then, move to create a table of contents. You must make things as straightforward and accessible to the folks on the other side of your proposal as feasible. A table of contents will inform your potential client about the topics addressed in the business proposal. So, what to include next until the end is very important which there should consist 11 things needed. (bold font)

• Introduction is a must in writing business proposal. It should cover all the information in details. For example, in our assignment we need to make a business proposal for our client. So, we write an introduction about what it a website because we want give more extensive exposure for them.

• Next, we need to include About us or Our team, so that they know who is actually this spirited student’s. A good about us page definitely should concise.

•  It is important to explains About our Client

• What does the Client’s provide for their Products / Services?

• What you offer? In a proposal, you make an offer in the hopes that the client with accept it. You will offer them something, build something, or do something they wish.

•  Project’s Objectives should be concise or specified if possible and so that you will establish to get there.

• Who are your Target Audience? / Consumer Persona

•  Navigation Architecture

• 3 Proposed Web Layout

• Include all your Costing or your budget to proceed. This section is an essential aspect of every company proposal, you should plan your strategy ahead of time before diving into any proposal writing.

• Your Conclusion, after providing all the information above, it is required to condense it into a single concluding piece. Summarize the proposal briefly. / That is why, after reading your proposal, you must ensure that they know what to do next. The best way to get there is Call to Action. Provide your contact information so that they can quickly follow up with you.

In the end, "Writing a Business Proposal", with the information above, you will have everything you need to get started. You’re guaranteed to impress your client possibly gain their business with a professional, business proposal.
